have you ever read something that killed you inside? like a text message or someone’s status. everything was going fine until you accidentally came across something you didn’t want to read. or you found out something you were better off not knowing. it’s almost as if it was posted just to purposely hurt you. but you constantly read it over and over again to torture yourself.

We all have made mistakes.
The past is in the past. It should always stay in the past. It shouldn’t even affect the now.
That being said I’ve had plenty of time to reflect on these past few years. The mistakes I’ve made. The people I’ve hurt. All the wasted opportunities.
It’s because of this reflection that I’m now able to move forward. I shouldn’t be bound to the past. It shouldn’t define the person I am today.
I’m not the same man that I was years ago.
